So Trump wants to take the time for people to see his agenda is working and NESARA / GESARA will not be for everyone at the same time as it must be phased in slowly?

The 16th Amendment will stay in place when NESARA is in place for those making over $150,000 per year as well as the business Income Tax?
Yes, if you own a small business that has a total income of $149,999 or less for the year you must pay all the business taxes and Sales Tax as you are not considered an individual. It does not matter if it is a corporation, but it is a business.
Will states be allowed to have the Income Tax for their residents when that tax is totally based on the 16th Amendment and is Unconstitutional?
Trump is just removing the Federal Income Tax even though the states totally rely on the 16th Amendment and Federal Income Tax.
Can Trump have the NESARA 14 % Sales Tax along with the Income Tax for those making under $150,000 per year?
But then again some maybe receiving their monthly NESARA payouts and their R&R payout so it shouldn’t matter to Trump?

Everyone could pay all those taxes as they are now so wealthy, yet then again that can be unequal for some than on others if they cannot receive their just compensation in due time.
The small businesses may go down the tubes as their Income comes from their taxable business and not from an employer through wages!
