The Dumping of U.S. Treasuries by foreigners is good for America as it is like bringing the jobs back to America and not have the foreigners elsewhere making our goods as we would now own our own Treasury Bonds.

This is the process of our U.S. Treasury Bonds being purchased back by the New US Treasury with Gold or their own currency given to the other nations in exchange, thus the old fiat currency they gave us in the past is now available to be destroyed and replaced with the New USTNs.
I believe these U.S. Treasury Bonds are the backing for our QFS Account funds and if We The People specifically ask to purchase some U.S. Treasury Bonds then it will be noted that way and not just some digits in our QFS Accounts as collateral.
None of the DS will be allowed to purchase U.S. Treasury Bonds and if they do have some then they will be seized if they did not purchase them with lawful money by lawful means
