Since it has been reported that the Social Security Administration has been shut down along with us no longer having any SSN then what Personal ID Number are we to use for our QFS Account and other ID verification?

What was your verification prior to you purchasing foreign currency to be able to exchange it now, or is this now a tracking system for the QFS to monitor all your future transactions? In the past it could have been you exchanged some currency at a bank or just in another country without any verification.
Our QFS Account number should not be one and the same as our ID number as that is like now we show the law enforcement when stopped our bank account number and for that verification we must hand over our user name, password and PIN, thus then they have access to our QFS Account.
And if our QFS Account number is like any Bitcoin login number with about 20-30 numbers and characters then trying to remember them is just impossible. I can remember my drivers license number and SSN as I’ve had them for so long. That would be like being arrested for a DUI for not remembering your present bank account number.
Our Birth Certificate / Certificate of Live Birth will no longer be a valid document, especially when it is used for our Passport which everyone is to use when traveling internationally or just getting onto an airplane, since it was used for the buying and selling of our person.
DNA, fingerprints and eye scanners should not be used except for high / special security employment or incarceration and not just for an ID.
The documentation of people being born before the Birth Certificate / Certificate of Live Birth came about was the info to be placed in a Bible in a church for public record, and that was prior to about 1938 in the USA.

What is the verification of ourselves besides the DMV drivers license or standard state ID from the DMV if you don’t drive, and some below the age of 18 years just don’t have one even though law enforcement requires one if they stop the minors, like having a drivers license to ride a bicycle as they are required to follow the motor vehicle code like the motorists?
What will come from twins, look-a-likes, reported clones or those with masks that can get by without having the DNA, fingerprints and eye scanners as they can just claim our photo is them?
There must be a reliable system in place and not let it get to the level of US Military or any security clearance misrepresentation.
