For those that think the ‘Big Beautiful Bill’ has anything to do directly with removing the 16th Amendment is mistaken. It is with the US Tax Code that has been changed.

The US Tax Code makes specifics on what amount limits are to be made to be taxed, what items are to be taxed, the rates, any exemptions and so forth. This also usually controls the states’ Income Taxes as they follow the US Tax Code as well.
The 16th Amendment has to be removed as per the states’ ratification of a new Amendment or POTUS, Congress or SCOTUS has to make a public declaration that the 16th Amendment was not Constitutionally ratified in the first place, but Trump doesn’t want to go there as of yet.
We will only see as of the EBS announcement that keeps being pushed off to a future time, which is also NESARA and access to our QFS Accounts is pushed off as well.
