…President Barzani of Kurdistan traveled with the HCL 140 which is the oil and gas law. The Hydro carbon law…that was the law that allowed for the entire country to receive a certain percentage of the oil and gas proceeds that were drilled for and brought up in Iraq, and that law has been out for like 18 years, trying to get it settled and agreed to. And they went back and forth, back and forth, and they have Yes. They finally agreed to it, and signed it and returned it to Baghdad to Prime Minister Sudani…All right, so looks like they’re buttoned up ready for us, and we’re excited.

The rumors that I am hearing from some bond sources is they did start processing some bonds…The rumor is they started doing this over the weekend and will continue processing quietly this week. That is what I was told. One of my sources swear they know someone running around with lots of money this weekend. They supposedly got 100% full access. If that is true…its almost time to start partying.
Question: All eyes are on the war… Would this conflict be a good cover for us to go exchange?
MarkZ: Absolutely it would be a great cover. I am hearing that they are using the cover as we speak for historic bonds. I believe this Iran conflict is forcing a conclusion to the RV. Hopefully getting them off “stuck”.

I talked about we’re looking to see this go of two directions. Possibly to where a newly created Iranian regime government is going to want to work with Trump and have dialogue or it’s just going to go ugly sideways and Trump and the rest of the Middle East is going to keep blowing them up…That’s the direction it’s going right now…The news…said the Iran war could last up to 4 weeks. I don’t think that … I’m thinking two and a half to three weeks…Trumps says the Iran operation could take 4 weeks or less…
If they’re not getting closer to forming their government…(government formation is the Lynch pin to your rate change) the war is most likely delaying it. It’s important for you to understand that, this is your investment.
