There are lots of bond expectations for today…Many, many historic bond holders are expecting something big to break today…If they get paid we are very close and currencies will be done soon.
Question: On a scale of 1 to 10, how confident are you that the rate is in the HCL?
MarkZ: I think the rate follows on the heels of the HCL. With the budget. That’s where I think we will see it. I am at a 10 that we will see this within days of the HCL.

There are NO newer smaller category notes issued or pictures even shown to anyone yet by the CBI and that includes the 10 and 50 categories. This is per my CBI contact. I assure everyone that there are absolutely NO newer lower denominations being distributed in Iraq anywhere. I just talked to my CBI contact yesterday and the CBI has not even released the notes yet. The instructions to the citizens as to how to exchange them along with pictures of them have also not begun. However, I will say that my contact told me that she is waiting for the “green light” to begin…

OMAR: They are talking on television about asking for permission [From US Treasury, Britian and France] to go 1 to 1…
FRANK: This is extremely powerful. I apologize that I don’t have an article for you just yet and you may not even get an article, but I think you will…This is huge. This is monstrous…Why would they ask permission to go 1 to 1? Because they’re about to show the new exchange rate and lower notes to the Iraqi citizens and float the d**n thing…Once they have permission to be at least 1 to 1 with the dollar, then they will strive to reach the RI of $3.22 and possibly up to $4.25 in the real effective exchange rate of the float in the basket…
You understand what’s happening don’t you? It’s a slow roll out of the lower notes so it doesn’t shock the system so the Iraqi citizens don’t go bonkers and make mistakes along the way…

Our government wants your money and if you play around saying, ‘I don’t have to pay any taxes.’ <snap> It’s all gone. I promise you that. They know who every person in American has Iraqi dinars that have been bought. Well, maybe I shouldn’t say that because you could get it off of eBay, you can get it off of friends of yours, but they know where sales have occurred because if you don’t have a license to sell this currency you’re in big a*s trouble…

If they start coming out with the small category it will not work with their numbers, will not work with the exchange rate. If they doing it that mean they’re ready to change the exchange rate.

This is from a couple days ago but there has been a trend started. This is what you want to see. The US dollar exchange rate declines means the Iraqi dinar is gaining value against the US dollar. Now, it’s very small amounts but as long as it’s going in the right direction that’s what we want to hear.

There’s a lot of talk, a lot of jargon going on about the Iraqi dinar readjustment in the very near future before the e*******s…Guys, the Central Bank of Iraq is not ready yet to adjust the currency…We’re learning…there are meetings about the currency adjustment, but…they are just now revealing…they have trillions and trillions of dinars offshore outside of Iraq. We are holding a lot of those dinars…They’re probably going to do an adjustment at a slow pace. This would be the safest economic decision for Iraq because they are saying they have more Iraqi dinars outside of Iraq than they have inside of Iraq. That’s not even counting all the IQD banknotes the citizens of Iraq are hoarding themselves. This is a very delicate situation. I don’t believe or thing they’re going to be an adjustment anytime in the near, near, near future…

I just spent an hour going through the CBI website. I have read all the press releases and all the currency info and looked at all specie of bills. There are NO lower denominations, NO fils, no plans for such denominations…Additionally, there is no such info on any of the other credible news sites in Iraq. I looked at them all. The revaluation is a future event and appears to be 1-2 years according to the IMF. According to the CBI, there is no such event planned…It would appear that the reports of TV infomercials is false. The lower denoms is false. No proof has been tendered…
