I have not received my $2,000 Tariff Dividend payout as of this writing on Tues. 2 Dec., at 10 AM PST and I am in that first group to receive it so I am still waiting. Or has it gone into my QFS Account and I must prove myself of who I am with all my biometric authentication?
It was to come on Fri. 14 Nov. then got postponed and now again.
So I guess that I will not receive any funds till all my back taxes have been paid in full for both the IRS and the State of California as those are to be paid first coming from my $2,000 Tariff Dividend payouts.
Also, I checked on the Country Treasurer website for property taxes and not only has it already increased for 2025 on the past due for the month of December on Mon. 1 Dec., 2025, but it has increased by 75% of the original amount for 2026 for the 1st installment stated two months ago which is due in 8 more days and in the end a ‘Triple’ amount is due of the normal annual property tax along with the past due amount.
Therefore, it is I still must pay the lease on my own property as that Debt has NOT been erased, and I paid cash for my home over 20 years ago.
If Congress rejects Trump from handing out the $2,000 Tariff Dividend payouts to We The People then why can Congress make up their own NGOs to pay funds to them and in the end they themselves receive Kickbacks from those NGOs when it is Unconstitutional in the first place?
It must be true that members of Congress are still receiving their NGO Kickbacks as Trump and the White Hats have not dismantled everyone of the NGOs as that is not yet an issue at this time, but I must pay the penalty for not paying my taxes in due time.

Those that are employed must still have their withholdings taken out even though Trump has said the IRS is shut down.
So Congress issues bills for the spending of taxes which come from We The People, which is borrowed currency from the Federal Reserve through the Central Bank, hence Trump is allowed to receive those funds for government spending from outside sources through Tariffs and in the end shuts down both the Central Bank and Federal Reserve which Congress does not want him to do that.
