Maybe the White Hats have made our BC/CoLB Bond equal to everyone else’s and that is what is going into our QFS Account for the R&R payouts.
For just about all of us we have had a BC/CoLB given to us at birth and then once it was in the county records it was pulled out on its face as a stock trading Bond as it is a commodity without We The People knowing that has happened.
For as long as we are alive it is bought and sold without ever knowing what our physical or financial conditions are as that could not be an excuse for the price it is at the time, but it should be halted for the ending of our life with that certificate.
The only price that should have been used is for when we were born and then it would raise in price from there.
The mega millionaires that made a fortune for themselves and are to receive their own R&R payouts are not to receive anything more on their BC/CoLB than someone of their own age that had childhood d------s and/or bad disabilities that cost a fortune to stay alive or someone in worse financial condition like being homeless.
Many have already passed away with their own BC/CoLB Bond bought and sold over the years and thus those funds are sitting in the New USA Republic Treasury for excess funds when they are needed.
The only higher amounts of R&R payouts would be the other amounts of taxes and interest payments made to the governments and financial institutions that they had to pay out and now is being returned.

The NESARA $100,000 monthly payouts is equal for everyone as long as they are working except for those that are retired or on disability and not working as they are to receive it.
You should have your own BC/CoLB R&R payouts coming into your QFS Account whenever this comes to fruition, but we still wait.
