Will it come down to that when the QFS Wallets are released that there will be many HOAs that will find some reasons to make up fees or to increase the present ones to receive their members’ funds?
I have seen many videos that have HOAs not complying with their own rules and regulations, or even the normal laws on the governments’ books, but they do it anyways to make a profit for themselves and not work with the community.
Will some of these present HOAs claim themselves to be a new Republic that are going to be immune from any Constitutions that they did not personally approve of?
Some of you better get ahead of this and find out what is going on with those HOA board members in making some new Republic rules and regulations as it may come down to things that are not on the books now that could be then retroactive for the people themselves living there.
Here is a hypothetical one:
‘All HOA members that have a BC/CoLB Bond must pay a $1,000 annual fee for the existence of that BC/CoLB Bond for them to reside there and that includes everyone residing in that home.’ And that is even if the HOA has only been around 15 years or someone recently moved into that community.
That is as bad as someone coming up with a rule that the doctor that signed the BC/CoLB must show up in person today for verification that was their signature back then. For me that could be that the doctor would be over 100 years old today.
