Are we going to have access to our QFS Wallet during the EBS, just our present financial accounts or nothing at all?
Will our present credit/debit cards be refused when used as we did not know the EBS was happening and the banking system was shut down on everything?
Reports have come out that we are to receive about 3-4 weeks of food and necessities while having cash in hand to be prepared for the Emergency Broadcast System that is soon to come, but that has been said to happen for over a year already.
“On Tues. 7 April 2026 at midnight the Petrodollar d--d. This was code word for the end of the SWIFT System. Four countries were still trying to use SWIFT but it was no longer available.”

Will it come down to the full public will know what is happening just hours before the EBS actually happens and we are to get to our present bank, credit union and/or financial institution accounts to withdraw enough cash to pay all our present bills when even some bills are paid automatically, online or with a mailed check?
Will the USPS be shut down too for us not to receive any mailed billings for us to make payments on?
I believe I have brought this up before that there should be no penalties on anyone for during the EBS of making a late payment or missing any as there will be a hold placed on our present Financial System.
Will the present SWIFT System be shut down where if we wanted to make an international bank wire we have to use the new ISO 20022 System where we don’t have our own code to send any funds and we may not know what the receiver’s banking code is as of yet? Or will the SWIFT code still be accepted as banking still needs to work?
There should not be liens, levies or seizures for during the EBS or soon thereafter just because we could not make the payments in time as all the financial institutions that are to be shut down are on hold for the 10 days.
All debts are to be cleared for the QFS and thus we should not be penalized just because some bankers or companies won’t want to accept it.
So when will the USNs be put out for us to begin exchanging them with our present FRNs or will the only way to pay for anything is through electronic/digital exchange?
