Judy Note: The Star Link Satellite Emergency Broadcast System (EBS) presently overrides all cell phones, TV, Radio and Internet broadcasts worldwide. The old SWIFT financial system has been shut down, while the new gold/asset-backed Quantum Financial System functioned worldwide over Star Link and had complete control over our new Quantum Financial System.

During this time people holding foreign currencies and Zim bonds would be called in to exchange. The White Hat Military was in control of the foreign currency exchange/bond redemption process and has already released funds for a Global Currency Reset across the World.
Those GCR funds come directly from the US Treasury Department of Defense operations and go out to treasury departments in other countries. All Banks have signed non disclosure agreements.
Upon conclusion of the lockdown period, an 800 number will be provided for the General Public to schedule appointments to set up their Quantum accounts on the new Star Link System, ensuring everyone globally received a sum of money already deposited into their accounts.

You can only redeem Zim at a RC, the Dinar Contract Rate can only be given at a RC and banks will offer you lower exchange rates than what you can obtain at a RC.
