Judy Note: What I’m getting is that Sun.-Mon. the EBS will go off, followed by ten days of darkness. Tier 4B could receive notification by Tues.-Wed. with appointments likely to start at least by Fri. 15 of May 2026.
Just a guess.
I won’t be sending out an update again until Sun. night 10 of May 2026 for Mon. 11 of May 2026 – and then only if the EBS has not yet gone off.
