The central bank of Iraq is never going to let the rate out. They can’t. They can’t even tell you the rate is going to increase …They can tell you they have no intentions of devaluing the dinar, which they have and they could tell you if they are going to devalue the dinar. Those are the only two things they could tell you.

I don’t think they are as connected as people say they are…It looks to me like [the VND] is going to float. So a gradual rise like bitcoin would do. Not an over-nighter like we are expecting the dinar to do.
