Then what.

ASYCUDA goes live in Kurdistan by October 1, 2026.
Then they clearly meant something else by saying.
“Kurdistan will face a NEW FINANCIAL SYSTEM ON SEPTEMBER 1”
And to clarify a little bit more they added.
“fees will be deducted upfront before the international transaction is done”
That is similar to what we do with our banking apps every single day by sending international transaction.
So that means it is something financially new to the whole country.

This comes around the same time when they started talking about deleting three zeros from the notes and the pressure they received from US to go ahead with it then them admitting they are advancing on the steps of deleting three zeros.
Also banks in Iraq teaching citizens about the condition of the notes that will be accepted during exchange.
Along with Central Bank of Iraq on Sunday hosted a workshop teaching bankers how to deal with illegal money.
This is all going to the same direction of September 1 for them to see a NEW FINANCIAL SYSTEM.
