Tony has 3 confirmations that they are exchanging currencies in Iraq.
Two contractors and one military guy. It was on TV last night. Told people it is time to start exchanging their currency. ATMs are back and activated.
They are exchanging contractors and US citizens for $.76. In-country exchanging at 1:1 for Iraqi citizens.
Tony knows that people are scheduled for tomorrow and Wednesday at most of the banks that have been exchanging. They started scheduling the appointments on Friday, telling their invited customers to bring all their currency.
One tried yesterday, wouldn’t go through; same on Sat/Sun/Mon.

It should show up tomorrow, or Wednesday at the latest.
Tony feels we are in a 72-hour window.
Tony & Ray tested out their system for making the call about the 800 number to members who are already on their subscription email list. They will get the notice.
Tony will also place a recording of the call here on X, later in the day.
All last week banks were paying out to their elite customers between $4.98 and $6.03.
The contractors did not change the date. This is what we wanted.
They therefore had to pay them out at the new rate by September 15.
