When the time comes that we are to all receive our QFS Wallets with the mega millions in it from our COLB/BC, the past unconstitutional taxes paid and our debts cleared and paid will it be that those present states that don’t want to be included in the Restored Republic that the people in those states will NOT receive their QFS Wallet funds?
The QFS Wallets are based on our COLB/BC which is county/state issued, so they may want to deny any federally issued funds even when NESARA mentioned it.
And for me living off of Social Security benefits will that be denied for the increase of funds as that is Federal NOT on the state budget?
I will be receiving my September benefits in several more days and will it be there for the increase or will I have to wait till everyone else receives their QFS Wallet funds when the QFS is officially made public and no more waiting?

I live in California and is run by the D*******s and has one of the highest ratings of funds distributed around due to the largest population of all the states and having the longest coastline for the dealings of international commerce.
If California is one of these states that does not want to get involved at this time due to this present fiat government will we ever have our Restored Republic here unless we vote them out of office as they are preventing it from coming about?
