Judy Note: As of 03:33 am EST on Sun. 11 Oct, the final phase of the Global Currency Reset was initiated. The new gold/asset-backed Quantum Financial System went live as the old tax apparatus was being dismantled and a new transparent flat rate tax system was installed. When Tier4b (us, the internet group) exchange/redemption appointments could be set was still unknown.

The White Hats have taken over. The QFS was now fully sovereign, gold backed, bio-metrically sealed and un-hackable. Every transaction is logged. Every move is watched. C********n cannot hide in the Light.

Gesara triggers have been pulled. Debt erasure has begun. Income Tax, abolished. Sovereign payouts are scheduled.

What we thought we knew, but didn’t really know and now are supposed to know but don’t have a clue:

On Sat. Evening 10 Oct. 2026 a Bank in Singapore went dark for 17 min. while the bank’s internal settlement layer was migrated from the legacy SWIFT framework onto the ISO 20022 rails.

What we have been told:

On Wed. 7 Oct. 2026 the Global Currency Reset completed and the Golden Age ledger opened. Tier 4B liquidity vaults were synchronized.

Thurs. 8 Oct. 2026  Bruce, The Big Call 667-770-1866 A Redemption Center Leader was told not to come in until Sun. 11 Oct. 2026 at 1pm. An Intel source said this could go any time from Fri. 9 Oct. until Wed. 14 Oct.

On Fri. 9 Oct. 2026 The first sovereign citizens receive their QFS wallet notifications.  The Quantum Financial System takes over global banking.

On Sat. 10 Oct. 2026 Saint Germain Trust pays the grid.

Sun. 11 Oct. 2026 the ISO 20022 asset-backed migration goes live in 209 countries. Notification of Tier4b possible. The old fiat US Dollar is officially a d**d asset.

On Mon. 12 Oct. 2026 debt-nullification algorithms strip every mortgage, student loan, credit card charge – all recalculated with unlawful compound interest removed.

Tues. 13 Oct. 2026: Every cell phone on the planet will be hit with a loud, unmistakable alert signal. A wider range of sovereign citizens receive their QFS wallet notifications.

On Wed. 14 Oct. 2026 the Global Currency Reset is complete and the Golden Era begins.

By Wed. 28 Oct. 2026 currency exchanges and Zim Bond redemption were expected to be completed.

#5. Revaluation of all currencies exchanges open after Disclosure. All currencies of the world go at the same time publicly and the rates are agreed to be equal and will be 1-1.

This announcement will happen through the TV and Radio and Texts. Please know that NO country is better than another and this will be a public announcement after Arrests are done and pickups are complete. The time must be safe before any wealth can be released.

The RV will happen all at once at same time worldwide.The world will be restored, and it will be better than ever before. The future that we create is our new beginning.

Judy Note: No one knows the exact date for notification of appointments for Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) to exchange foreign currencies, but deadlines shown in the above Timing indicate it to be very soon. We have been told that Wells Fargo, which is controlled by the Chinese Elders – (the ones who own the gold behind the Global Currency Reset) – will send out emails to currency and bond holders worldwide telling them how to set redemption & exchange appointments. It is advised to exchange/redeem your foreign currency at an official Redemption Center (RC) rather than a bank. You can only redeem Zim at a RC, the Dinar Contract Rate can only be given at a RC and banks will offer you lower exchange rates than what you can obtain at a RC. You can only set up your new wallet (bank account) at a RC. It was my understanding that most banks were under control of the C***l and would soon play a different roll in the Global Financial System.

• Three other institutions in the region were migrated in the same window. None of them issued a press release. None of them informed their customers. None of them will ever confirm what happened

• The old routing tables were archived – stored in a format that can be read but not used. The new tables are live. The old ones are history

• A single line appeared in an internal log at 03:47 local time: “Migration complete. Legacy layer inactive.”

Why does this matter? Because every time a bank migrates onto the new rails, the old system loses another piece of its foundation. It is not collapsing. It is being replaced – quietly, methodically, one institution at a time.
