Japan is About to Nuke the Global Economy
Very dangerous statements are coming out from Japan right now.
BOJ Governor Kazuo Ueda has gone on-record and warned that Japan can no longer tolerate rising inflation, and says that interest rate hikes are inevitable.
Finance Minister Katayama says, “Will act without hesitation if necessary and WON’T HESITATE TO TAKE ACTION ON FX IF NEEDED.”
This is a clear signal from Japan that the U.S. interventions are over.
Why?
Japan was about to end its era of free money and initiate the catastrophic carry trade unwind. The BoJ and Finance Minister threatened of bold actions and Yuto even apologized for the measure prepared.
Then boom…. U.S. Treasury Secretary directly intervened and took over BoJ operations. He stopped Japan from dumping their $1.4 Trillion Treasury holdings and instead asked the FED to lend Japan U.S. dollars to dump it and try to save the yen.

IT ALL FAILED. Yen is falling back to pre-intervention levels.
Rates are surging while the yen is falling.
Scott Bessent Also Gave A Terrifying Statement For The Markets: “I cannot control the bond market”… and “the house doesn’t win every hand.”
When asked if he regrets saying “I am the house now,” Scott Bessent admitted that the house doesn’t win every hand.
Just One Tokyo fund (Sumitomo Mitsui DS) broke the French Bond Market by liquidating their bond holdings to ZERO.
Japan will need to set aside roughly ¥100 billion ($630 million) per day just to cover interest and debt redemptions next fiscal year.
Japan’s debt servicing bill only suggests that BoJ liquidating their U.S. Treasury holdings is very close.

If Japan’s @yutokanzakireal warning indeed happens, we are going to see the biggest global financial bloodbath in decades.
