I have just received confirmation from a source inside a Tier 1 banking partner that the structured payout schedules for Tier 4B participants have been locked.

1. NON-ZIM CURRENCY HOLDERS

2. ZIM HOLDERS (UNDER 100 TRILLION)

• You will receive an advance of up to $500 million before your structured payout begins.
• The structured payout will be distributed over a period that has not been disclosed.
3. ZIM HOLDERS (OVER 100 TRILLION)
• Your first two bond notes will be exchanged at 1:1.
• Every note after that will be exchanged at a higher fixed rate per 100 trillion.
• You will receive an advance of up to $500 million before your structured payout begins.
• You will be invited to a follow-up negotiation for the remainder.
4. NO CURRENCY HOLDERS
• If you hold no ZIM, no IQD, no VND – you are not excluded.
• Your allocation comes from the Sovereign Fund. Every person on the planet has an allocation. Every person will receive it.
• The amount is based on a formula that has not been disclosed. But it is not zero. It is not symbolic. It is real.
The schedule is locked. The rates are finalized. The advances are approved.
