• The safe link is dispatched 36 hours before each rotation. If your link arrives on Thursday, your call window is Saturday

• What to watch: a live person answering, not a recording. If you get a menu, hang up

MON. 26 OCT 2026 – BIOMETRIC PHASE TWO

• Retinal and voice verification are added to thumbprint verification at every active corridor. This is not a new requirement – it is the second half of the same requirement that was always coming

FRI. 30 OCT 2026 – THE EBS CLOSED-LOOP BROADCAST

• A twelve-minute broadcast on a closed-loop channel. Not a public activation. A verification broadcast – the same format that was tested at 04:30 EST, now running on a scheduled window

• Rainbow Currency merchant onboarding moves into its second phase in the same window. The two are synchronized deliberately
