THE GLOBAL RESET COUNTDOWN HAS BEEN LOCKED
A sovereign coordination node sent an internal scheduling confirmation through the encrypted channel.
It said: “GCR countdown locked. Five windows. No further revisions. Public sequence follows Tier 4B sequence, not the reverse.”
THE FIVE DATES. WHAT HAPPENS ON EACH ONE:
SUN. 1 NOV 2026. THE QFS PUBLIC INTERFACE GOES LIVE
• The first public-facing QFS portal opens. Not for Tier 4B. For everyone. The system shows itself for the first time to people who have never heard of it.
• Tier 4B participants will recognize the interface immediately – it is the same dashboard, the same wallet structure, the same Rainbow Units. Only the access level is different.
• What to watch: the old banking apps suddenly showing a “system update” message they cannot dismiss.
TUE. 3 NOV 2026. THE FIRST RAINBOW MERCHANT WAVE
• The first phase of merchant onboarding completes. Not the big chains. The local ones. Grocery stores, hardware stores, auto shops, restaurants. The places you already go.
• Every merchant in the first wave will display a small green symbol at the door – not a logo, not a sign, a symbol. If you see it, you can spend.

• What to watch: a merchant who has never accepted anything but cash suddenly accepting something that is not cash.
THU. 5 NOV 2026. THE DEBT JUBILEE E*******N PHASE
• The jubilee moves from “logged” to “e******d.” Mortgages, student loans, credit cards – the instruments themselves are invalidated, not just flagged.
• The paperwork will not change overnight. The statements will keep arriving for a few weeks. But the ledger underneath is already clean.
• What to watch: a mortgage statement that shows a zero balance with no explanation and no customer service number to call.
MON. 9 NOV 2026. THE SOVEREIGN ID MASS ISSUANCE
• Quantum ID Card issuance moves from appointment holders to the general public. Not everyone at once. In waves, by region, by priority.
• The card replaces the social security number, the driver’s license, and every piece of plastic in your wallet. One card. One identity. One system.
• What to watch: a government office that suddenly stops asking for your social security number and starts asking for your biometrics instead.
