We all wait for we to be informed on gaining access to our QFS Wallet and the verification of getting it along with our ‘new birth certificate’ and where will we get that.
I hope there will be any financial institution to go to for your verification to gain access to your QFS Wallet and not just about some 1,000 facilities nationwide where thousands of people will have to wait in line or people in the smaller towns have to travel hundreds of miles to do it.
The verification and gaining access to your QFS Wallet will have to be done in person and not online, by mail, on the phone or by someone else unless that person is incapacitated or unavailable. Maybe there can be verification done online or by phone though a video call.
Once you have gained access to your QFS Wallet then you should be able to use it online and possibly make all your transfers of funds and changes from there.
The word to gain access to your QFS Wallet should spread real fast once the Tier 4B currency holders should gain access as they I believe will be the first ones as to place their currency exchanges into their QFS Wallet and not receive direct cash in hand.
There will be a time that if you have auto pay into or out of any of your financial accounts then you need to change it over to your QFS Wallet, but it should be up to you, yet in due time your present accounts will be shut down.

Government funding of present types like Social Security, they might know who you are and transfer your funds to your QFS Wallet, but they should not transfer until they know you have gained access otherwise you will lose out on the funding.
If you are retired and are receiving funds/pensions then you need to notify the company for the new QFS Wallet.
If you are unemployed and are receiving those state benefits then you should be able to continue to receive them in your present accounts, but those altogether may be canceled once they know you have a QFS Wallet. Yes, you should not be denied a QFS Wallet if you are unemployed or homeless. Also, it will not be a crime and you lose your QFS Wallet if you quit your job because you have a QFS Wallet.
From your employers they should be notified to halt withholding of your income tax and maybe other taxes like Social Security and any medical as you will have enough funds in your QFS Wallet to start with. Company withholding for pensions should continue unless that union halts them all as you now have a QFS Wallet, but not waiting for the required amount of years to then retire and receive it.
Your auto pay utilities and other items should be next on your agenda once you gain access to your QFS Wallet as be prepared for this upcoming event and work on it now. Maybe you could go to your financial institution and have them make the changes once you have gained access to your QFS Wallet.
Maybe it is also a time that all types of insurance companies will be shut down and you no longer pay to them via by mail, phone or auto pay, but there needs to be forms made out of what would happen to you and back you in any manner as you should have enough funds in your QFS Wallet. You do not want a lawsuit for someone to sue you and seize all your QFS Wallet funds if they try it.
