The unknown factor is what Iran might do in the coming days.

Things didn’t happen for a reason yesterday. Things are going on.
Thursday, Tony was told, “Two phone calls and you’re done.” The phone calls never came. The calls were to be from the President and Secretary Bessent.
Iraq has been ready “for years.” George Bush didn’t let it go. Obama didn’t let it go. Biden didn’t let it go. Trump didn’t let it go during his first term and now it is up to him again.
There were certain conditions that had to be met along the way, to make the RV secure and for the wider benefit. The conditions changed over time, along with agreements, requirements. Today’s information is all good. But if things don’t happen, it’s not because of Tony.

Everything is looking perfect at this moment. But there is a war going on, which will continue over the coming days and may be full-fledged on Wednesday. Iran has threatened to start the war back tonight, hitting first, tonight or tomorrow.
The plan right now is for us to start before the action starts. But if things start up, we don’t know what could happen. Tony has been briefed on what is likely to happen and how bad it could be.
As Tony said previously, military bases overseas have been evacuated. Bases here were told to be self-sufficient for 90 days. We’re not seeing it on TV.
Military, spouses, relatives are being told to stock up on supplies because there is supposed to be action here as well. There are exercises going on at hospitals, etc.
They are getting prepared, just in case. They are likely to go after oil wells, electricity, etc., so gas prices will not go down for 6 months. We should all be fully prepared for that. Others will not. Hope for the best but be prepared for the worst.
Tony was told if it doesn’t go by November 15-17, it will be in first quarter, 2027.
But banks are continuing to pay millions and millions of dollars out.
Until Treasury gives them credit for the dinars, they will not have adequate credits on their ledgers. So, it has to happen because it has already started.

That’s why Tony cannot see this going into 2027. They will not be able to justify their end-of-year accounting if it doesn’t go this year.
Tony is 99% sure the President does not want to get into a battle with the banks.
The banks have been paying out every day. They are paying right now, as we are on this call.
People are at the banks, doing their exchanges. On Thursday, (some) banks were told they will start a referral program on Monday. They will get through their lists this weekend. People who have already exchanged can then refer their friends and family, until everyone goes.
Tony knows bankers are working tomorrow at 7:00 a.m.
We could go, starting Sunday morning.
At today’s meetings, they didn’t want to start on Tuesday because the vote takes place on Tuesday.
But it should be fully started by Wednesday.
People will continue to get paid on Sunday and Monday,
Tony is not sure about Tuesday.
Today’s rates (Counter rates and Contract rates):
• Dinar: 7.36 and 28.50 • Dong: $2.99 and $9.00
• Bolivar: $.37 and $1.09
• Zim: $.33 and $.50 (.00000033 and .0000005)
• Rial: $2.12 (Because there is no rate, they are giving people SKRS for their Rials.

If the rate is higher, they will pay that.)
• Rupiah: No rates this week but the high last week was $6.00.
Different banks have different rates. They will try to be competitive.
Would 10 cents make a difference to you?
One person was told he didn’t have enough Zim to get the higher rate on that but got the $.00000033 rate.
