Dinarland Highlights – 11.1.26

Bruce (The Big Call)

[via WiserNow]

Intel in any great amount, is becoming harder and harder to get…our sources areĀ under NDAs…and that is a good thing…the good news is that when it gets this quiet, it’s showing us how close we really are toĀ getting this…

We were told they would shut down the borders before the value change to keep the moneyĀ from fleeing the borders into & rehypothecating the rats.

There’s a scheduled rate change date.Ā  They are revising the budget right now, redrafting it, modifying it so it reflects the correct currency value.Ā  They’re doing it right now in front of everyone’s face.Ā  They’re masking it, concealing it, saying they’re doing it to make it constitutionally for Kurdistan.Ā No, this is them preparing the budget for the rate change right now…secretly.

Kuwait Syndrome – This is exactly what Kuwait did before they revalued their currency.Ā  They put out so much misleading information saying, sorry we have no intentions of revaluing our currency.Ā  I want you to realize the news is becoming very questionable and misleading from a lot of different angles…You are seeing so much questionable misleading news right now it’s unreal...They are throwing misleading information at you left and right.

Some people don’t learn.Ā  I’m not trying to be rude…People are coming out saying, ‘Hey, is thisĀ going to be done by the 15th because Iraq told us they’d have the budget to parliament by the 15th?’Ā They lied to youĀ consecutively about dates through the cabinet…One thing I’ve trained you guys on, do not trust one article.Ā Just because IraqĀ told you they’re going to have the budget to parliament on or by the 15th – Do you think they’re going to tell you the rate changeĀ date?Ā  Hell no they’re not…Do not trust dates from one article.Ā  I can’t stress that enough to you… It does look as though theĀ rate is changing in the month of November…We’re looking good.

It’s wonderful [Iraq] has a government, but now that government needs the budget.Ā  I believe that’s the next thing we’re going see in the process of the monetary reform.Ā  I highly favor this next step because in my strong opinion that’s what Trump is looking for next, the budget.

The [dinar exchange] rate is set under the Central Bank law of 2004…This time the decision was taken with the cabinet’s recommendation. Parliament cannot simply repeal a rate. What it has is the budget law, which names the rate the state will use…Parliament’s speaker called the decision “irreversible,” and the bank’s position…was that 1,500 is fixed…No central bank announces its next move, and a rate set under the bank’s own law can be changed…on the day the bank decides to…On September 5th it denied any change to the rate. A month later the rate was 1,500. In 2020 it promised that a rate change would happen once…It has moved the rate twice since, once in each direction…So Iraq has stepped the dinar down and then back up within the last 6 years. Anyone who tells you that never happens is wrong, and anyone who tells you a rate is permanent because an official said so has not read this bank’s record.

Article:
“Washington praises al-Zaidi’s determination to confine weapons to the state. The US Secretary of State commends the Prime Minister’s efforts to integrate Sinjar Protection Units fighters into Iraqi security institutions”

Quote:
“U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio praised Prime Minister Ali Faleh al-Zubaidi’s determination to confine weapons to the hands of the Iraqi state…”

Full integration into the global financial and trade system is taking shape right before our eyes.Ā  A real effective exchange rate remains a separate file from any discussion about deleting the zeros.Ā  Two separate things.Ā  The central bank can act on the rate under its existing authority whenever the conditions look right to the people who manage it.

When they say they’re going to change the currency and when they say they’re going to change the rate, they’re going to have to do it…All that other news, BS news, it’s there.Ā  It’s going to be there…You’re going to see a lot of bad news, negative news but hang in there and just wait…This investment is a good investment.

Iraq devalued their currency.Ā  They made their currency weaker.Ā  If they are going to issue newĀ notes in the future with the 3-zeros cut off, those notes would have to have a different type of value.Ā  You can’t devalue theĀ currency from 1310 to 1510, cut the three zeros off, issue new note without the three zeros because that paper wouldĀ  be…worthless.Ā  So the argument goes, are they going to redenominate, which means they’re going to cut the three zeros off…noĀ exchange rate increase.Ā  Or is there going to be a revaluation / redenomination?Ā  Because it would make logical sense if they areĀ going to issue new notes with the three zeros off, the new currency would have to have higher value.
