XRP’s ledger architecture is being evaluated as the settlement layer for inter-institutional transfers during the transition window not as a cryptocurrency, but as a rail. The distinction matters: XRP is not replacing the dollar. It is providing the plumbing for the period when the dollar is being replaced.

That regional cascade triggers a global gold repricing as central banks across the world adjust their reserve compositions. The U.S. Treasury, through the ESF, is positioned to e*****e the dollar’s own repricing in the immediate aftermath of the regional cascade.
Iraq is not the endgame. Iraq is the match. The powder is everywhere.
