If you lose your ability to exchange your currency/bonds then its your own dang fault.
Charlie told Judy that the Alliance’s list might not be complete of who holds what, so they asked Charlie to create “another” list???
Who does that make sense to?
Listen carefully, all of you – YOU DON’T NEED CHARLIE WARD TO EXCHANGE. Its that simple.
