It has been the latter every other time. Hopefully this time they’ll actually do it. This whole 1 per cent thing sounds like baiting to see what the recipients are going to do with the money they get.
I still don’t know why the CMKX security fraud, farm claims, PP or f & p has anything to do with the RV. The RV to me means exchange/redeem.
