Today is a powerful day to have the final release.
The news I am hearing we are in the window for this by the end of the month and possibly as early as today.
There is a rumor going around that the Dubai funds have been released. The D’s I talked about yesterday are Dubai 1, Dubai 2, and Dubai 3 which funds the rv.
I do not have confirmation they have funded as of yet. All the paymasters were funded awhile ago .
They very well could be funding all those in the group now which is where the rumor may be coming from. As of now they are not liquid. They could have been released overnight but there is no confirmation till later today.
All the banks are getting ready for the new banking system, the QFS which will begin on June 1st.
This is a transition not a transaction! Never, ever give up!
