So very well said, Rene B.
We cannot pick and choose only what we to believe from the Bible. It is the one true living Word of God.
Salvation for all was bought and paid for by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ but cannot be adulterated by picking and choosing and mixing with other beliefs. The Word is truth and fairly easy to understand. It has stood the test of time through the ages and always will.
We serve a risen and LIVING Savior unlike all other religions.
The battle belongs the Lord, Almighty God! He always has been and always will be victorious over satan and his fallen angels.
Anything that does not line up with the Word of God should be thrown out.
We are bought by the blood of Jesus and are to do HIS will and not our own.
I would never want to cheapen or negate anything that our Savior went through by thinking higher of myself than I should. I am a sinner saved by grace and adopted into the family of God to be an heir of God and a joint heir with Jesus Christ.
I am not nor will I or anyone else saved by grace ever be a god, goddess or angel.
Once again, I am bought and paid for by the sufferings and blood of Jesus Christ.
Nothing I did or could ever do would save me from my sins.
We are all born sinners and the only way to God is through His Son, Jesus Christ.
The battle between good and evil has been going on since God cast satan and his angel followers out of heaven.
Read Revelation, the last book of the Bible, to find out how all this world battle will finally end.
No worries when you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Faith over fear when you serve a risen Savior.
True believers need to keep the faith and expect miracles.
