So today I was walking past a bank branch and a lady came out with papers..taping them on the ATM and a deposit box. So I took a look at it and said that that branch closed today. When I came back through later (when I took pictures) the ATM was boarded up.
Have anyone else seeing this in their communities? Mean anything ? Across the street is a chase branch.
