About 6 to 7 yrs ago I was going out with a lady and we went on vacation camping and sightseeing. Visiting Cap Cod, Nantucket Island and Hyannis Port. We saw mansions and..came around a corner and OMG ..look at this place. I had to pull off into the driveway entryway to look and be envious of it.A deer ran across the drive and to me this place reminded me of English Manor. Became my dream home..at least for there.
So I’ve been online to see if what Bob L has posted about is true. I think there is something up. I’ve checked out my county and the next one over. What I found was houses are flying onto the market..realtor.com ( they show the most numbers of houses on the market to the rest of them like zillow ) shows how many mins. to hrs. a house was listed and shows New. If not that, then many are showing pending and or contingent, and what I’m seeing these are becoming pending sale within a month…most in 20+ days. a few even less. On the 21st 13 houses sold in one day..and most had multiple sellings in a day. I’ve more research to do on this. But it just seems fishy..that so many are pending in such a short time. Usually houses are up for months to be sold.
Now I thought for fun I wanted to see what was for sale in this millionaires Town I visited years before. I clicked the map to see where houses were located. I saw one with. 13/15 ? bedrooms for sale. So I checked a few mores and then OMG ..there it was My Dream house was for sale !!!! What is the chances of this … We are supposed to be on the precipice of our investment and dreams coming to fruition and my drooling over dream home is for sale.
I may even call the realtor tomarrow..today in posting this.. and tell them my story..and to hold off selling until I can afford it. I’m glad it wasn’t 4 to 5 yrs ago being for sale. There are plenty of other million dollar houses there if anyone is interested. One beautiful old 3 story in the town for 8 mil. with elevator.
Hey if this goes and I can get it and any if any of you buy there also, lets meet up and start a IDC or RV/GCR club and parties. Of course I won’t be there full time. I’ve got lots of things to do back here in central New York and touring with my band. You can visit Patrick.
