Recently posts were made regarding exchanges at CHASE and elsewhere in the U.S. I had a friend check with the main office of that bank in New Orleans and she was told they were not exchanging IQD. If these exchanges were, in fact, occurring, where? No #800s have been posted nor information as to where they are occurring. All current complete information would be appreciated.
