The Answer to the Question You Raised, is that THE QFS (Quantum Financial System), is Almost Certainly Not The Same As This “Quantum Computer from China.”

The QFS IS DIVINE CONSCIOUSNESS At Its Core, Not At All “Something Man Made.”
