“At this Point We Would Need an Alignment Of Intentions at the Command Level of the LOWER LEVEL ALLIANCE, Or YOUR Or Other People’s Interference, Allowing Also More Interference on Our Part, Or Preferably Both, to Make Substantial Progress to Manifest RV and These Other Things, We have Been Talking About.
“When We Say ‘Substantial Progress,’ We Also Include in This, Progress in the Form of Substantial Public Events Leading to RV and These Other Things, – Not Just More Behind-The-Scenes-Actions, Not Visible to the ‘General Public.’

“Without It, We Could Not Have Revealed As Much Information As We Already Have Revealed.
