I’ve been reading Frank26 and Mark Z’s, as well as most others, and it struck me that there may be a potential scenario that’s happening. Frank26 is reporting from his “Firefly’s”, and various news reports, that Iraq recently paid Kuwait 1.47 Billion in monies, but NOT at the “program rate”. It appears that the rate was at $3.61. That would mean that there are multiple rates being paid at multiple different times in multiple different countries, wouldn’t it?
So how is that possible in our current Private Western Central Banking System?
Well, maybe it’s the “Supernatural” Quantum Financial System at work?
Maybe what’s actually happening is the QFS calibrations, doing multiple algorithms at different times at different rates in multiple time zones in multiple countries all in the blink of an eye, and working in 5D?
Is it possible that this is why nothing makes sense to us because of our cognitive dissonance of what we EXPECT it to be like? I’m just asking the question. Maybe the QFS is up and running, only it’s working in a way that we’ve not freed our minds yet to understand? Maybe the financial system is already working in 5D only our perception is not. Maybe.
