It was mentioned recently Iraq was to change the rate by now. In the future, please refrain from announcing the date if it is only intel. The GCR is not part of the war that is being fought to bring down the DS. The QFS is in place (per the intel of course) and is unhackable (per the intel). Humanitarians can start rebuilding the world NOW. It is in very bad shape and getting worse by the minute- literally. Basic necessities are needed by billions. The military needs a s--t of NECESSITY and begin the process for the millions who hold the currency. Holly is on board with these statements as well. There are a few fortunate folks who have humanitarian efforts going that are privately funded, but only a few. This needs to be increased 10,000 fold to rebuild lives and done yesterday.
