There are 2 RV’s.
Let’s not forget, there are two RV plans/processes. One by the Alliance and the other by the present Global Banking Criminal Cartel (aka, the 13 Boodlline families) operating out of Davos (operating branches are DC, the “city of London” & the Vatican).
One is called the Quantum Financial System (QFS), the other “the Great Reset” (= all FIAT, non-asset-backed, hot air toilet paper money = a master plan for more future debts and human misery and control.
Under the QFS, none of the International Banks, UN, WHO or any other criminal organizations will have any authority nor any decision making say whatsoever in the new “real” RV, the QFS
All major participants in these criminal organizations will, in time, be detained by the already in process T******l and brought to justice for decades of c****s against humanity.
If you hear about an RV referring to any of these organizations, it is most likely the Banker’s plan to win over the QFS process BEFORE it is the right time to release it by the Alliance.
