IMO nothing good will take effect until all the C---l/D--------e has been taken down for good. There is no reason to roll anything out while the C---l still holds some position of power over us. If NESARA, GCR, RV, ect… were rolled out now the C---l would simply do everything that’s left within their power to continue to delay it as long as possible unless or until they are defeated.
For example, I have been told that when Bill C-----n was President, the Navy Seals forced C-----n to sign NESARA into law while at gunpoint. C-----n did sign it but sadly NESARA was never rolled out because the D--------e made sure it never saw the light of day. Soon after when Bush became President NESARA was about to be rolled out but then 9--1 happened which we know was a false flag created by the D--------e.
The example above proves that nothing will change for the better unless the D--------e is gone for good from this world.
