It has been said that when signing the NDA for your ‘Currency Exchange’ it will be for only 60-90 days before you can release any info, but if that goes for the Tiers 1, 2 and 3 people then it will be coming up as being fraudulent NDAs as they haven’t gotten to the Tiers 4 and 5 people as of yet, as it may have already been 120 days for the Tiers 1 and 2 people, but they still cannot say anything.
What I am getting at is that all the rates and info for the NDAs must be coming out at the same time for some to not be able to say anything yet others have already completed their 60-90 days and can now release that info, or will they have to comply with a non-written continuance on the NDAs, but then it won’t matter for the Tiers 4 and 5 people to honor their NDAs as the public has already known about the rates and info.
Therefore, we cannot wait to see when the Tiers 4 and 5 people can exchange, like going into September or October as they did for June, July and August, to then know when the NDAs are truly valid.
