“Banks, Basil IV Compliant” by Danlboon – 1.7.23

As of January 1, 2023 all banks, credit unions and financial institutions must be Basil IV Compliant as they are to be asset backed with their own purchased assets and not claim what you have to be theirs.

In the past they have used your own money from your Treasury Direct Account to loan you to receive a mortgage to pay the seller and then charge you interest on those funds, but they just had the numbers be posted as their own assets, but they were just numbers in their accounting books.

In the last 100 years how can those institutions receive a profit when everything they did involved criminal activity by using your funds and not theirs? That was payroll fraud in itself to skim your money out to pay all their employees and their stock investors.

I would say that if a customer has an account registered at a financial institution then that institution can claim those funds as an asset on behalf of that customer as the customer cannot hold the millions of dollars in their own pockets. But that institution cannot have the gold bars or other precious metals in hand as they are worth too much for someone to steal, so they can have certificates for exchange of those precious metals.

The financial institutions can only claim those funds as an asset on behalf of that customer if they invest it lawfully and beneficially for the customer.

It has been mentioned that for a bank to be Basil IV Compliant they cannot exchange FRNs in any format, yet only use the New USNs, but then the New USNs have not be authorized to be used as the announcement of NESARA has not been made. So what’s up with that? You cannot have one thing without another, thus no financial institution is Basil IV Compliant at this time.

There are only 16 business days left to exchange FRNs for New USNs if January 31, 2023 is the absolute deadline in the USA. Also, Jan 16 is Martin Luther King holiday, so no banking is available if the NESARA funds are to go into people’s accounts and the people are to have access to them. They will have to wait for the 17th. WOW!

Today is January 7, 2023 in the Gregorian calendar and December 25, 2022 in the Julian calendar, so will there be a calendar change now or soon?
