Danbloon, I personally know a man that accessed his tda and withdrew 38 million. His name is Randall Keith Beane, and he sits in FCI Elkton for wire fraud. They fabricated the case. The bank said it was a bona-fide transaction but they us attorneys say he changed one digit of his ss#. Your social security number is the account number. The routing number is retained from irs website. There is a graph listing all of the federal reserve regions. The letter on back of your social security card corresponds to one of the regions. I personally couldn’t find it on the website but found the chart on YouTube. I linked the account to my online banking and tried to place purchases with no success. I do believe that these accounts may have been taken over by military or something. I’m not sure but I assure you that they are real !
