- Thurs. 23 Feb. Bruce: Today Thurs. 23 Feb. my contact said we are on the precipice and expects Charlie Ward to announce NESARA/GESARA over the weekend. As of 8 pm tonight Thurs. 23 Feb. Prosperity Packages and CMKX are to start to be delivered.
- Thurs. 23 Feb. MarkZ: “On the bond side in the last 12-16 hours or so they are seeing billions of dollars going in and out of accounts. Are they testing the system to see if it’s as flawless? Sheila has a lot of high up contacts and says most believe that we will be getting our CMKX, PP’s deliveries today or tomorrow. … The rumors are CMKX could start at some point tomorrow…I am still hearing everything from tonight to March 2nd…..a couple are looking at Ramadan. …but most are looking at much sooner than that. Buckle up we may soon be getting a serious Black Swan Event. …I am hearing from some huge Zim groups that they are expecting payout roughly to start this Sat. 25 Feb. Sources say the NESARA rollout has been moved to Thurs. 2 March.”

No one knows the rates, nor the date of RV release, but this appears to be hotter than ever. We know the rates are on Central to Corporate Bank screens showing “Pending Live.”

All the militaries throughout the world have their money because they have to keep any war from getting started. All 209 countries have signed a peace treaty and everything was ratified so in that respect, GESARA will happen. On Wed. 22 Feb. a small amount of monies will be paid out to certain people in Tier 3. In about two weeks, or around Wed. 1 March, substantial funds would be paid out.”

- Expect Charlie Ward to announce NESARA/GESARA over the weekend.
- As of 8 pm tonight Prosperity Packages and CMKX are to start to be delivered.
- The Bond Holders received their Quantum cards last Sat and expect to receive their emails on how much they can spend and when they can spend it at the same time Tier4B receives their notification.
- There are a couple of countries that are trying to get into the RV at the last min.
- Zim Holders are to be redeemed at Redemption Centers. Others might be able to exchange at a Wells Fargo Bank depending on the area where you live.
- Be on time to your appointment but no more than 10 min. early. If late you may have to reschedule and be put at the end of the line.
- Write up your Humanitarian Program in a simple 1-2 page summary and present it in 8-10 min.
