I bought mine in DEC from Clickbank. I finally got them today.
They have processed refunds for all products. I should receive it in my account in a few days.
Contact them at live chat. I could not get them any other way. The .url should be on your emails.
I sent an email to digistore for April purchase. Have not had time for reply. If not I will go to resolution board at Paypal. They are good to protect from scams.
Try to get your money back.
