I had been trying to wrap my head about this, should or shouldn’t it be passed.

My conclusion is optics.

What I feel is that this is pushing this Country into the corner.

It will make things worse financially..push more inflation and what might happen to the Stock market is a crystal ball question.  I feel it will push the country into a financial crisis that there will have to be a big change by the government in the Banking financial structure now in place, like it had in the past with the great depression.

I think that these-this BRICS will make it happen, the US will have no other option but to acquiesce to them-it. They will bring the cartel central banking system to its knees and implode it on itself. I think this was a planned demolition, You can already see that devolution is in play..

“the transfer or delegation of power to a lower level, especially by central government to local or regional administration”  via the States that have already stated that gold is what is to be the future.
