Dubai 1 and Dubai 2. What are they? Are they just another R********d controlled bank? Are they a direct connection to the QFS where the Chinese and African Elders have our RV QFS accounts set up? Are they the institutions where the long promised titanium debit/credit cards and direct linked to QFS accounts Qphones are coming from?
Jared Rand tells us that the Elders never wanted a tier system and as far as they’re concerned it doesn’t exist. The QFS knows on a DNA level who the recipients of the RV are personally. The QFS cares not if you are linked to royalty, government, corporate, bond, farm claim, CMKX claim, church claim, indigenous claim, Prosperity Package claim, currency holders or whatever. The QFS cares not if you are Prince or pauper. The QFS knows what souls were handpicked by God and what DNA of what avatar that soul chose to be born to that God chose to participate in this. The QFS also knows who is trying to cheat this arrangement and they have been and will be excluded.
Despite what individual bankers tell our gurus the banks do not want this. Poof reminds of this every Sunday. As long as every individual and corporate entity is connected to the central banks that tracks and monitors every financial transaction we do they will not allow it. Every time you tap your debit or credit card at a store that payment goes to a central bank first where who that card belongs to and what was purchased is recorded. All transactions are put in a batch and then sent to the Walmart or wherever after midnight.
The wef was set up by the R*********s to build this system to one day have complete control of everyones finances to the point of how much money you can have, where you can spend it and what you can spend it on. CBDCs and Fednow is the culmination of that effort. Every science fiction show except most of Star Trek speak of a monetary system of credits.
I don’t think it is a coincidence that we hear that the Elders are again putting in a concerted effort to get us paid when it was reported from the BRICS Conference they are not taking action until August for their version of a global gold-backed currency. I am pretty sure there was other things in that report the Elders didn’t like that suggest wef compromises as well.
I would hope that St. Germain and Quan Yin are not happy about this either but again St. Germain has gone silent and Quan Yin is pretty busy these days helping the Co-creators clear karma.
We don’t know if the White Hats are going to take immediate action after the BRICS announcement or not because saying they are going to activate the EAS and enact martial law is something that is nothing new. They are aware that there are millions of armed Americans whose patience is wearing very thin and many hacker groups that have shown us recently they have the ability to shut America down and they will do it if the White Hats won’t, aren’t they.
