SO I have printed this out to read and give it the go over.
How it might relate to the GCR but could help with it’s push forward this GCR. here are 2 that may be of use.
“ISO20022 is a messaging protocol that defines a standardized way for financial institutions to exchange information about payment transactions. It specifies the format, structure, and content of the messages that are sent between different systems and platforms.
Increased Transparency: ISO20022 provides a standardized way to exchange information about payment transactions, making it easier for financial institutions to track and monitor transactions. This leads to greater transparency and visibility into the payment process, reducing the risk of fraud and other types of financial crime”
Now as I’ve post in the past that when Nixon removed the gold from the FRN, this became nothing more than a piece of paper that the only value of it was the need to have it.. a commodity of sorts. In the banking system it’s value is based on loans made and that the debtor can-will pay it back with interest. So on the faith and credit.
If many of the Counties have become Basel III compliant then many of these Nations which may be a part of the BRICS will insist that payments-trade can not be made on-with a debt base note.. on a promise of good faith and give us credit (esp with the US or UK). They want hard back valued currencies. And so this may be how and why this ISO is a measure for good and transparent financial exchange-trade, when it comes to payments, to rid the system of no backing-value credit and debt.
