Home builders are cutting the price of new houses in the US Housing Market, with the US Census Bureau reporting a -16% decline in the sales price of new homes over the last eight months.

These builders are cutting the price in response to reduced demand that occurred during the start of the downturn in 2022. And the result is that homebuyers are actually coming back into the market for these builders, with their sales and stock prices increasing.
