That is a bullish chart, and a breakout, at present.

Graddhy out of Sweden: Silver/Gold Ratio here, which is the reverse GSR, has a cleaner pattern than GSR.
2020 March crash low was the shakeout.
Purple line is same 12-year breakout line as for silver.
