LOLOL.. Most Americans pay it voluntarily.. if we’re speaking about an “income” tax.
I pay a tax when I buy certain things that is taxed.. wine..beer ( thought I make most of it now)
The last time I filed an “income” tax was in 97. They say I owned them. Ha, come and get it.
Nothing or no one has a right to my sweat equity.. to take claim of that time ..my time I give to someone else for remuneration.
When a business does its taxes it deducts all of the things it can as a write off. and what is left is what is called “INCOME” . Income is the profit after all deduction.
When a person or as a family does its taxes .. the same applies. WHen one files out a W2 they place on it how many deductions the want to claim. Well there it is. They just volunteered to be a “Tax Payer”.. that they want to pay a income tax as a business person..instead of checking on the exempted box and not. (As I’ve done over 20 yrs) No one told anyone they had to place deductions, they did it on their own.
The government aren’t they to make sure you know your rights.. they assume you should know them….for knowing them you then would know the law.

Everything is voluntary .. why’d you go to a DMV ? You knew you had to or on a presumption of a law ? No one actually showed us the law that mandated we had to get a drivers license. We assumed we had to.,, in my case because of my fiduciaries ignorance.
If Americans would understand what the real meaning or definition of “rule of law” America would have a revolution and we’d be one happy island. We would know who we are and that of the government’s power or “standing”.
